COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course deals with linear/non-linear circuits and analog signal processing architectures in integrated mixed mode systems using MOS, BJT and BiCMOS technologies. Following topics will be covered: amplifiers, ADC/DAC, filter, multiplier, oscillator and their applications in sub-systems, namely, automatic gain control, limiting amplifier and phase-lock-loop.
